Ordering and delivery
Found an item at By Nova that you absolutely must have? Great!
Select a color and/or size and click on 'add to shopping cart'. Of course, you can continue shopping; you can always return to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right. Note: having items in your shopping cart does not mean they are reserved.
Finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right to go to your By Nova items. In the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if needed. Then click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button. You will now land on the checkout page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page.
Note: After you have completed your order, you cannot change it, as your order is immediately processed to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS? By Nova covers the shipping costs. You do not pay any shipping costs.*
- You will need to pay the shipping costs to return an item.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY? Yes, we send all your items with Track & Trace. You can follow your order on the order status page, the link to which you will receive via email once your order has been shipped.
It may take some time before the Track & Trace status is available.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES? By Nova strives for a quick delivery of products. If you place an order on weekdays before 11:00 PM, we aim to process your order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 10 - 15 working days.
I'M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW? If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait for you for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will receive a notification from the driver, which will also state the pick-up location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.
WRONG ADDRESS It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided a wrong shipping address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you have not received your order - please report this. An investigation by PostNL will start 14 days after the indicated delivery date, and we will keep you informed until the end of the investigation.
